• Enrollment at Wawasee High School

Enrollment is a 3 step process:

    1. New students wishing to enroll in Wawasee High School should make an appointment with their future counselor to start the enrollment process. Counselors wish to meet the student, get to know their interests and future career dreams, as well as ask various enrollment questions in order to best serve your child. You will need to bring a copy of your student's birth certificate.

    2. The following forms must also be filled out and returned to our Guidance Department. Parents will receive these forms at the Guidance appointment:

    - Request for Records - this will be sent to your previous school to indicate your enrollment at Wawasee and to ask for your cumulative school file.

    - Demographic Information

    - Home Language Survey (in Español) fill out only if you have not previously attended a public school in Indiana

    - Housing Information Form

**Students living outside of our corporation must fill out an 'Out of District Form' first. This will be considered by our Central Office to determine acceptance.

    3. After these forms are completed and the student is in our system, then the parent must complete the online registration. Our secretaries will send you a link through your email address to start this process. Online registration can also be completed at our Registration Days in the summer. This is important for the parent to complete in order to have accurate and up-to-date information in regards to the following:

    -Responsible Use Policy

    -FERPA Releae

    -Parent/Guardian Device Agreement

-CHIRP Release (Children and Hoosiers Immunization Registry Program)

    -HIPPA Release

    -Non-Prescription Medication Confirmation

    -Residency Information Form

    -Work Survey

    -Transportation Information Form

    -Promissory Note (agreement to pay)

When your registration is successfully completed, you will receive an email letting you know it has been submitted.
