I am honored to have been selected as the 7th superintendent at Wawasee. My road to becoming superintendent was blessed by serving as the principal at Milford School for 2 years. My time here has been a great introduction to Wawasee and I am thankful to all of our staff for growing along with me. Prior to my time at Milford, I was a high school assistant principal for 7 years, and taught Project Lead the Way for 7 years before that.

As I start leading our school corporation into the future, it is important to understand my core values. I believe that everything can grow, integrity matters, we have an obligation to take care of people, we need to focus on success, and communication is key. Through these values, an emphasis on instructional leadership, building and managing great relationships, and strong strategic planning can emerge as priorities for my role as superintendent.
