    At the Pathways Wawasee Area Career & Technical Cooperative, our mission is to equip all students with the skills they need for success beyond high school.

    Our cooperative was established in 1999 and underwent a transformation in 2018 when we adopted the name Pathways better to reflect our close collaborations with local school districts. Currently, we offer a range of vocational programs that cater to around 300 students from five nearby school corporations.

    Right from the program's inception, our primary aim has been to provide our students with numerous hands-on learning experiences. Today, we couldn't be more excited to share our success story with as many individuals as possible. Through our eighteen diverse programs, students have the opportunity to earn Dual Credits and industry-recognized certifications. Moreover, our robust Work-Based Learning program enables students to gain valuable on-the-job experience while still in high school.

    The results have been remarkable, with our students achieving a high level of success, including increased graduation rates and strong engagement. Our fruitful partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders have proven to be invaluable resources for both our dedicated staff and our students.
