Before students arrive, our buses are on the road, buildings are open and ready, technology systems are running, and kitchens are preparing meals. Behind the scenes, our teams also maintain facilities, support staff, manage infrastructure, coordinate safety and security, and plan the projects that keep our schools moving forward.

Wawasee Operations brings together Facilities, Technology, Transportation, and Food Services, along with districtwide responsibilities for construction, infrastructure, safety, security, and operational support. While each area has a different role, the goal is the same: provide safe, reliable, well-supported schools so our teachers and staff can focus on students.
