One of the first things Seniors need to do this year is sign up on-line at Parchment. The vast majority of colleges use Parchment as their preferred method of receiving high school transcripts.
This is a free, secure way to have your transcript electronically submitted to the colleges you select. You need to do this as soon as possible as the Guidance Office will not be mailing paper copies of transcripts, except in very rare instances.
You are able to request a transcript to be sent to yourself. Use this version only to have a personal copy of your transcript. If you need a copy for a scholarship, please email Mrs. McKinney (jmckinney@wawasee.k12.in.us) in the guidance office for a cleaner Skyward version.

April-May-June of Your Senior Year:
If you are a current senior & are ordering your "Final Transcript", please select the "Hold for Grades" option after you select your destination. Your college, university, or the NCAA will require a final transcript to confirm what type of diploma you earned upon graduation. It is your responsibility to order your transcript through Parchment.com. For any questions, please contact Mrs. McKinney in the guidance office at Wawasee HS.
You will be charged a fee beginning October 1st following your graduation date. The state of Indiana pays for your transcript fee until you are considered an alumni.

Other online methods for applications and transcript submission include Common App and Send EDU. If your college is using these preferred websites, they will prompt you through their application directions.
SAT & ACT scores are usually automatically included on your transcript. Please also list your intended colleges as recipients of your score during your SAT & ACT registration.
